What steps do I have to follow to participate?

Select who you want to wear & nbsp; the management of the publication (Researchcycles or you).

If you do the management, when the co-authors of your paper are completed, you must send it to the journal that you previously selected.

If researchcycles does the management, we will take care of all the steps and communicate with you as they are carried out.

If you manage the publication, you will receive up to 60% of the royalties after subtracting the publication costs of your paper.

If Researchcycles manages the publication, you will get up to 40% of the royalties after discounts for publication costs of your paper.

Restrictions on papers and journals

  • The journals where the papers are submitted cannot be journals considered predatory by the scientific community.
  • The preprints made available to the co-authors must comply with the ethical standards of originality, a similarity index of less than 20%, not be postulated or published in other journals parallel to their application & nbsp; in RC.
  • The data and techniques used to obtain results must comply with the ethical requirements outlined by the scientific community, in the case of human or animal studies, a letter of endorsement must be presented from the ethics committee of the university or affiliation center of the authors.
  • RC does not promote the use of journals that accept additional payments to facilitate the process of publication of the papers, for this reason if the main researcher assumes the management of the publication before the journal, she / he will be responsible if they access said practices and will assume the consequences that this entails.

  • The results of the investigation must be original and your property, initially you will sign an agreement with RC where you disbelieve the above parameters.
  • Once the pre-print has been accepted, the researcher will not be able to withdraw it from the platform to the detriment of the co-authors.
  • RC will organize the co-authors of your paper and will communicate each of the steps to you as the research cycle progresses.
  • If RC is in charge of managing the paper, it will do everything possible to adjust to your initial parameters, in a consensual manner & nbsp; select a suitable journal for publication (Scopus and / or WoS) and minimize time.
  • The maximum number of total authors per paper in journals is 5 and & nbsp; for conferences it is 6.
